Kountry Folks has been serving the Riverside area for over 30 years with its down home cooking and friendly service.
Sales year-over-year have steadily increased to over $2.2 million in 2018. While serving as its long time general manager in 1998, Erin House had the opportunity to purchase the restaurant with his wife Patricia. Shortly thereafter they were able to also purchase the real estate.
After 20 successful years as pillars of the local community, the Houses chose to retire in Patricia’s native state of Arizona. Hani Kamani, a successful local restaurateur, agreed to purchase the business and real estate. Due to the meticulous books and records, SBA financing was obtained at 90% for the real estate portion of the sale.
