Restaurant Realty recently sold CARMEL BELLE located in the world famous coastal city Carmel-by-the-Sea in Monterey County.
Carmel Belle is located in the heart of Carmel, servicing the local community and travelers alike. Previous owners, Chloe and Jay had a very simple reason for entering into the restaurant business in that they love to eat. Carmel Belle’s philosophy is clear, “Proudly sourcing its ingredients from farmers and purveyors that practice sustainability, and provide honest, high-quality products that taste really good.” Chloe and Jay’s passion for good food, good service and top quality ingredients at Carmel Belle has become a City of Carmel staple.
Carmel Belle offers a dual service model as being the only counter service restaurant in Carmel. Guests have the option to order over the counter for quick service or sit down at a table for a full service dining experience. Carmel Belle has solidified itself as a true, honest and a “must try” restaurant when visiting the beautiful City of Carmel.
Meghan and Lokman will be taking over ownership of Carmel Belle and have been long time Carmel residence. Best of luck to this powerhouse couple, hoping to bring their entrepreneurial skills to drive Carmel Belle forward. Their intentions are sincere and their work ethic is contagious.
