SOLD: Lancers Family Restaurant & Bar, Burbank

Teri Craft of Restaurant Realty has successfully facilitated the sale of two Iconic restaurants: Lancers Family Restaurant & Bar in Burbank and Newhall Refinery in Santa Clarita!

Lancers is a Burbank institution and has been successfully serving the area since 1962. The owner, Juan Garcia, purchased the restaurant four years ago and recently contacted Teri Craft when he decided it was time for a change.

There were many interested parties hoping to make Lancers their own, but the expertise and enthusiasm Stuart Weisfeld brought to the table was simply exceptional. Stuart has an entire team are currently renovating the restaurant from floor to ceiling and we wish him much success moving forward.

SOLD: Newhall Refinery, Santa Clarita

Teri also sold Newhall Refinery, the renown Gastro Pub & Bar, previously owned by the incredibly successful Santa Clarita restauranteurs, Simon and Shannon Mee, to Patrick Mescall, Brian Eldridge & Rachel Belle, the fantastic restaurant/bar team that also owns Torrance Tavern, Paddy O’Brian’s Irish Pub, The Sportsman & The Sly Fox Irish Pub. Patrick and his team were simply the perfect operators to take over such a prize restaurant.

We wish Simon and Shannon continued success in their business plus, more quality time with family. As well as much success to the new ownership at Newhall Refinery!
