The bar offers great cocktails, easy drinking wines and heavy pours and the bar carries the largest selection of San Diego distilled spirits in the country.

Jessica Fisher is part owner, executive chef and creative director at Two Seven Eight. She has an extensive background in baking and pastry but loves to create and eat all types of cuisine. Working her way through San Francisco to New York, Jessica has returned to her home town to bring all of her favorite things to her favorite place. The name of the restaurant, Two Seven Eight, is the address Jessica lived at in Brooklyn, New York, where she spent eight years eating and drinking her way through one of the most spectacular cities in the world.
CJ’s Bar, a compact neighborhood haunt offering cocktails and brews in a kitschy interior with multiple sports TVs is located at 222 W. Washington St, San Diego was purchased by Bill and his partners in 2017. No major changes were made other than sprucing up the bar which will continue its generous pours and cash-only policy.
Restaurant Realty recently sold Bill and his partners Lincoln House which is nestled in heart of Covina just East of downtown Los Angeles. Lincoln House was totally remodeled by the former owner a year and a half ago and it has become the go to spot in the San Gabriel Valley for dinner and live music. The restaurant features an attractive dining room with stage, large bar, two patios and an array of talented musical groups performing live most evenings. The business also includes an elegant 1920’s style Speak Easy for private parties accommodating up to 35 or 40 people and there is also the back patio with attractive lighting, comfy couches and firepits for a thoroughly enjoyable night. Lincoln House serves up traditional American cuisine with some comfort food favorites and the food and appetizers and the crowd pleaser each night is the array of specialty hand-crafted cocktails made using unique ingredients such as elder flower, eucalyptus, aged syrups and top quality, hard to find spirits. It is the finest Whiskey Bar in the San Gabriel Valley if not Los Angeles County.
Restaurant Realty wishes Bill, Deb and Jessica congratulations on their new purchase and much success in all of their business operations and future endeavors.
