In addition FK Restaurants was instrumental in monumental gains made by the District of Colombia Public Schools in creating healthier options for their school lunch program. Asian Box, a healthy fast casual restaurant chain he co-founded currently has five stores with five more in the works and goal is to create a more healthful yet massively flavorful and authentic Vietnamese food experience.

Restaurant Realty had the pleasure of completing 4 transactions with Frank. We sold First Crush Restaurant in San Francisco which was one of California’s first premier wine bars with a massive all-California wine list serving small plates and numerous wine flights. We next sold Fish and Farm in San Francisco which specialized in fresh, local, sustainable seafood and artisan meat and produce with award winning cuisine and wine list. We then sold 565 Bryant in Palo Alto which was a kosher barbecue restaurant and most recently we sold the Palo Alto Breakfast House to Frank. It’s been a real pleasure working with Frank who is a true professional and we extend best wishes to him for continued success in all of his future endeavors.
