Anthony Nemati established & developed the highly successful “Kravings” steakhouse in Tarzana, County of Los Angeles back in 2008. A Brazilian Fusion Steakhouse restaurant inspired by the Brazilian Rodizio.

The grill masters bring the sizzling fire-roasted meats on skewers or cedar planks to carve table-side. From Brazilian Churrasco BBQ to Kebabs to Asian flavors to the best of American style USDA Steaks, all served table-side until you say STOP. Anthony is also a ‘Fine Wine’ aficionado, so the wine list features over 120 hand selected wines from all around the world, from biggest names to the best values. Also, the handcrafted cocktails, chef and mixologist creations, made with the finest spirits, liqueurs and fresh squeezed juices compliment the dining experience.

After 16 years Anthony decided it was time for a change but was not in a hurry to sell. He contacted Keith Simpson of Restaurant Realty with the idea of not necessarily listing on the general market, but whether RRC had a qualified Buyer. It just so happened that Keith had two ideal prospective Buyers, both of whom had just recently cancelled a prior transaction. Between the two, David Shin with his wife, (Tiffany) Hye Hwang were chosen by Anthony and were in contract by early July 2024 for the full asking price. Keith recommended Bob Porter of Plumas Bank for the Buyers SBA lender. Bob was excited with the revenues and profits of the business as well as the Buyers prior solid restaurant experience. The landlord is the part of the Shomof Group, a highly respected property developer in Los Angeles and was a pleasure to deal with. Escrow closed on November 7 along with the transfer of the ABC license.
